iG and CJF make the Grand Finals!
CJ Entus and iG move on to the Grand Final after defeating Saigon Jokers and Taipei Snipers respectively

Starting with Invictus Gaming vs. Taipei Snipers, the day started with what people expected to be a rather even matchup. Due to Taipei Snipers' incredible performance in the quarterfinals, it was expected for them to have a good shot at moving on to the finals. The Chinese powerhouse Invictus Gaming though, had something to say against that. In what can only be described as a stomp, they ran over the Snipers in two short matches and secured themselves a spot in the Grand Final.

CJ Entus Frost then had to face crowd favourites Saigon Jokers. The Jokers, who had been voted into the tournament, won against Season 2 World Champions Taipei Assassins in a convincing fashion in the semifinals. Although that was a respectable feat, they did not stand a chance against CJ Entus Frost and also took two losses in a row.

Once again a Grand Final between powerhouses from Korea and China, tomorrow's matches are promising to be incredible. Invictus Gaming, one of the strongest teams in China, are facing the Koreans on what could be described as their home turf though: the Intel Extreme Masters stage. CJ Entus Frost, as former Intel Extreme Masters champions and multiple time finalists have a lot of pressure on them, but Invictus Gaming just as much to prove.

Before we move into the Grand Final tomorrow morning, the Iris Pro Celebrity Showdown will kick off the day with an ARAM between League of Legends players and celebrities alike. Joe Miller, Eefje 'sjokz' Depoortere, Jason Kaplan, Paul 'ReDeYe' Chaloner and many more will be facing off in a battle for the mid lane!
