Sao Paulo - Teams qualified so far
Over the holidays, there have been many developments concerning Intel Extreme Masters Sao Paulo - here's a summary of which teams have taken their spot at the event.

In the community vote, Team ALTERNATE, now Millenium, won themselves a spot in the Brazilian competition. The Brazilian metropolis will now also welcome the American LCS team, Team Dignitas. As major contenders in the European and American LCS, respectively, these two will be the teams to beat in the upcoming IEM.


And that's exactly what the other six teams in the competition will be hoping to do. The South American continent will be represented by three Latin American teams and three Brazillian teams who will look to prove that the region has what it takes to compete internationally.


One of the Brazillian spots has already been taken by paiN Gaming, thanks to the results of a community vote. The two remaining spots are still open and up for grabs.The Latin American teams have already been decided with Isurus Gaming, Lyon Gaming and Furious Gaming making it through the qualification process.
